Shape Note settings for staves and staffs style.

See ShapeNote and ShapeNoteStyle for cmper1 and cmper2 values.

The glyph codes are from font options::FontOptions::FontType::Noteheads unless the notehead font is overridden by the applicable others::Staff or others::StaffStyle.

If true, the shapes correspond to pitches (C, D, E, F, G, A, B). If false, the shapes correspond to scale degrees 0..6 in the key signauture.
